Administration

The Conference Secretary is responsible for maintaining the records of the Annual Conference including the Minutes of the Annual Conference Sessions, the Business of the Annual Conference report (BAC), and Pastoral Records. Other duties include the editing, publishing, and distributing of the Conference Journal;  excusing members of the Annual Conference from attending the sessions;  providing the equalization calculation for the at-large members of the annual conference to be elected by each district;  communicating the conference names and contact information of the elected delegates to the General and Jurisdictional Conferences;  communicating the conference vote totals on Constitutional Amendments to the General Conference Secretary;  and communicating information on the officers and committee members elected by the annual conference as requested by the general agencies.
