2008 Early Bird Discount Plan April 1, 2008 is the deadline for the Early Bird Discount. A $15.00 Discount on the camp fee will be given to Campers who enroll in camp on or before April 1, 2008. Mailed or on-line registrations must be dated on or before April 1. Phone registrations will receive discounts through April 1. All registrations require the full session fee.
Recruit a New Camper Discount If you are a camper who has been to a Holston Conference camp in a previous summer, you are eligible for the "Recruit a New Camper Discount". By recruiting a first-time camper, you will receive a $25.00 discount on your registration fee. This discount is limited to one "New Camper" per registration. It can be used with other discounts and/or camperships. Your recruit does not have to attend the same session or even the same site. Please have the name of your recruit as they will use it on their registration ready at the time of your registration.
Campership Programs The four Camps of Holston Conference have a
limited amount of campership support available.
These funds are distributed on the basis of
financial need. Applications must be
approved prior to registration. Request
must be directed to the camp where the camper
would like to attend.
Campership Programs are established in three
Holston Conference Districts: Abingdon, Big
Stone Gap, and Wytheville. These camperships
are available to campers from any United
Methodist Church in the sponsoring districts.
The funds are limited and distributed on a first
come, first served basis in the following amounts:
